When you complete a form on this site we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, state of residence, your age, and who you would name as your beneficiary. We also record the date and time of your submission, your IP address, and your browser's user agent so we can show what you agreed to and when.
We use your information for one purpose: to have a licensed insurance agent contact you about life insurance coverage. We share it with the licensed insurance agents affiliated with Family Shield Financial so they can respond to your request. We do not sell your information.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you provide your phone number and agree to be contacted, you may receive calls and text messages from us and from our licensed insurance agents about life insurance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again.
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations, typically five years, after which it is deleted.
